Certifications - CrossFit Level 1

I am a native of Lawrenceville where I played many different team sports throughout high school. After high school, I attended Georgia State University where I played softball and earned my degree in Kinesiology and Health. After college, I spent many years playing competitive softball. Once that was over, and I grew tired of just running, I was looking for something to fill the void and turned to CrossFit. I was hooked after one class. Soon after I obtained my Level 1 and was able to share my passion with others. I love that CrossFit is challenging both physically and mentally. CrossFit provides a community that is like no other, and after only a few visits this community will become your friends.
